President

Mike was born in Kingsport, TN. and resided there until he moved to Knoxville to attend The University of Tennessee.

He graduated from UT with a degree in education and has compiled over 33 years of home building experience. Mike has held board level positions for the Knoxville Housing Partnership and The Wesley Community Center.

Mike has played an active role with Knoxville's Habitat for Humanity for nearly 2 decades including various trips with Habitat International to build homes in Nicaragua. He has also served as President of the Knoxville Habitat for Humanity.

He was named "2001 Builder of the Year" and has served two terms as president of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Knoxville.

Mike also currently holds the position of National Director for the Home Builders Association.

Mike has been successful with his business interests because he keeps his finger on the pulse of the current market trends. He facilitates relevant changes with regard to his product lines so that spec homes do not look repetitive, and the upper bracket buyer has a masterpiece to call his home.

Working in the housing industry his entire career has afforded Tom the opportunity to compile an extensive background in both the financial and legal aspects of home building.
